SXSW EXPECTATIONS:

YOU BETTER BE READY TO…

  • shot gun some brews
  • jump on awesome hotel beds.
  • rage at a few punk shows
  • possibly mosh at a rap show
  • do tequila shots off each other
  • keep a bottle of jack daniels and any other top shelf whiskey in your backpack
  • there is no crying.. no whining.. no bitching at any time. if so, you will be left behind.
  • leave the bullshit at home.
  • watch a ton of good music, find new music, and wake up hungover and do it all over again.
  • dance dance dance. 
  • find one cool piece of jewelry at the vendor.
  • try something new at a food vendor.
  • catch up with amazing friends from all over the nation.
  • rage backstage.
  • tackle a guy dressed in an animal mascot gear.
  • point and laugh at baby hipsters.
  • eat at my favorite restaurant which is right by the pure volume headquarters. they have the best chicken and mushroom crepes.. ever. *deroool* does anyone remember what it’s called?
  • ride bikes w/ friends. be really stupid and hop on a longboard or skateboard and go downhill on a random street.
  • get a tattoo.
  • and check out barton springs and go tubing on the way back home.
