Our morning meetings at work really helps our productivity. What would you do without a support system? Sometimes we have a tendency to forget who truly support us, don’t ever lose sight of that.
This was taken right from yesterday morning’s pep talk.
1- Persistence is a priceless treasure:
According to him it doesn`t matter to be brilliant or not but all you have to do is to spend more time trying to figure out solutions for the problems
He thinks that brilliance is 1% gift and 99% hard work and there are no congenitally gifted people but there are people who work hard to achieve what they want and the failures are those who stop trying and working
And you have to remember that if you want to find opportunities search for it among the hardships
2- Follow your intuition:
He said that I don`t have special gifts I only have my love for knowledge

3- Knowledge comes from the experience:

Also he said that the human culture is what remains in our minds after getting graduated
4-Know the rules of the game first:
You must know the rules of the game first then think in playing only then you can be the best in the game
The moment you know the limits of your abilities here comes the next step which is crossing these limits as you can achieve the impossible when the other think that you can`t
5- Search for simplicity:
According to him if you can`t explain your ideas to 6 years old kid then you didn`t even understand it
A fool can make everything complicated but to solve it you need the touch of a brilliant to simplify it
6- Imagination is more important:
According to him imagination is more important than knowledge in which with knowledge you can see the future
Imagination is our motive to improve ourselves and create
7- Make your own mistakes:
The person who have no mistakes didn`t try anything new yet
In other words the only way to avoid mistakes is not to try anything new
8- Live your moment:
Don`t think in the future cause it is coming whether you liked it or not
9- Search for the value:
Don`t fight for success but fight for the value of your work
10- Don`t expect different results for the same action:
Madness is to do the same action and in every time expect different results
We can`t solve the deep problems by following the same strategy that created the problem and according to him he used very strange method in solving problems he said that if I have only one hour to solve a problem I will spend 55 minutes thinking in the problem and only 5 minutes trying to find solution
never lose touch of yourself.
